Abstract

This bachelor thesis follows waste from its production, trough a particular waste disposal firm, showing how i tis deal with. With a possibility of damage to the environment and leakage of waste water by this firm, during this process. Our strongest attention will be given to specifying the type of waste, the methods of sorting these specific waste products and how we can prevent producing this and trying to limit the effect they have on the environment. The main purpose of this thesis is to attempt to specify types of waste and how this particular waste disposal firm deals with the destruction of this and how it limits its ability to contaminate the environment and ground-water supplies. Actions to improve the firm`s efficiency in dealing with these questions are based on data gathered from various sources. The conclusions reached in this thesis are summed up in a chapter headed „Recommendation“.
