Porovnání leasingu a spotřebitelského úvěru

Abstract

The subject of the thesis is the comparison of two forms of financing – leasing and consumer loan. The first part focuses on the general characteristics of the lease, basic classification, price of the leasing and providers of the financial services. In the second part, attention is paid to consumer loans, their division, interest rates and APR rate. The last part contains counts of individual calculations, giving the advantages and disadvantages of both financing. Result of this work is to select a better option ig we want to buy a car.
