Abstract
Wage Issue Is Constantly Debated Theme. Wages Are Constantly Changing and Their Changes Should Be Monitored. The Aim of This Thesis Was to Analyze Wages in Detail, Illustrate Calculations and Accounting. Calculations Were Applied to Employees in a Particular Company, Which Wished to Remain Anonymous. After Reading This Thesis, a Reader Will Be Able to Understand Basic Concepts Related to Wages and also Will Be Able to Orient in Their Payroll. Nowadays, Companies Use Accounting Softwares, Which Make Work Much Easier for Accountants. Nevertheless, Calculations and Wages Accounting Are Often a Difficult Task.
