Strategická analýza firmy v oblasti veřejného osvětlení

Abstract

The central theme is a strategic analysis firm. On the basis of a strategic analysis is business strategy formulated. This analysis is very important for the company, since the firm or management firm may respond the current or future situation. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the competitive of SK mont NJ, spol. s ro, then identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the enterprise. The first part is defined theoretical basis. There is developed around business analysis, analysis of internal resources and then a SWOT analysis. Next there is an applications for real firm. Examined the external environment, attention is paid to the analysis of competition. The following is a brief analysis of internal company resources, and finally a summary of the analysis of strengths, weaknesses opportunities and threats respectively. The conclusion includes recommendations for the company.
