Abstract
The aim of this diploma thesis is to submit a proposal of upgrading cabinet-type distribution board R3.1 and R3.2 6kV at Třinecké železárny.
The first theoretical part deals with the actual industrial distribution , describes what types of networks are found in industrial plants , what are the most commonly used types of voltage or distribution facilities . The second theoretical part is a brief description of the current state of the box substation and its equipment. Theoretical analysis in the third section focuses on the ways to modernize industrial distribution networks.
The practical part determines through calculations which variants of feeding seem to be the worst and based on the findings proposes two variants of the distribution boxes equipment. The first variant focuses on products of ABB , the second proposal suggests using the Schneider Electric products . The remaining distribution box equipment, such as voltage transformers, are dealt with in one common variant .
Technical and economic evaluation and conclusion summarizes and proposes the best solution .
