Provedení strategické analýzy sportovního klubu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the strategic analysis of the sports club TJ Sokol Kobeřice, z. s., which plays a significant role in the community life of the municipality of Kobeřice. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current strategic position of the club through an analysis of its external and internal environment and to identify key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The analysis is based on tools such as the PEST analysis, Porter’s Five Forces model, SWOT analysis, and financial analysis. Based on the findings, specific measures were proposed to strengthen financial stability, develop infrastructure, support youth work, and promote community activities. The results of the thesis may serve as a foundation for the club’s strategic planning and decision-making, as well as for communication with potential partners.
