Koncepce oběhového hospodářství v EU a její dopady na správu odpadů

Abstract

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on an analysis of the concept of the circular economy. It traces the evo-lution of the concept and thinking in the field of sustainability, as well as the implementation of circu-lar economy principles in the European Union and the Czech Republic and compares the circular economy with other schools of thought in the fields of environmental science and product life cycles. It identifies gaps in the concept of the circular economy and potential obstacles to its implementation. It summarizes new EU legislation in the field of the circular economy and its impact on monitored in-dicators.
