Komparace exekučního a insolvenčního řízení v řešení dluhů fyzických osob

Abstract

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare insolvency and enforcement proceedings in solving debts of individuals. This goal was gradually fulfilled during the bachelor thesis. The first chapter is devoted to the principles of insolvency and enforcement proceedings, as the principles determine the basic nature of the proceedings. The second chapter deals with the course of both proceedings and individual differences between these two proceedings. The third chapter is about evaluation of practical example of solving debts of particular person. The bachelor thesis uses mainly comparison and description methods. In the bachelor thesis are also mentioned important amendment, which are effective on 01.06.2019. The bachelor thesis is suitable for those who do not know the individual proceedings in detail and also for those who want to learn about the amendment of the Insolvency Act or a change in the calculation of deductions from wages.
