Abstract

In The forepart of diploma thesis they are summarized technological description of heat elaboration of gear wheel, specified production procedure and chosen mathematical models used to resolution. First chapters of the practical part of the work are focused to identification which causes a material volume chase-heat treatment relation by the help of fishbone diagram and Pareto. In next part were created correlation and regresion analysis of influence non-optimal chemical constitution on volume change of material. On the basis of given results, suggestions were created for eliminating causes of volume change-heat treatment and were suggested a possibilities of improvement present status.
