Problematika stanovení vybraných analytů v mineralizovaných vodách

Abstract

V předložené práci je zpracována charakterizace vody, používané instrumentální metody pro stanovení analytů v mineralizovaných vodách. V první části je uvedena metoda rentgenové fluorescenční spektrometrie, následně je začleněna charakteristika minerálních vod a vliv vápenatých iontů a uhličitanů na vody. V další části je zpracováno praktické ověření principů stanovení analytů v mineralizovaných vodách. Na závěr je porovnání a vyhodnocení použitých metoda a zhodnocení, která z metod je z časového hlediska optimální.

The submitted thesis focuses on the characterization of water and instrumental methods used for the determination of analytes present in mineralized waters. The paper is divided into three parts. The first part presents the method for X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, followed by the characterization of mineral waters and the effect of calcium ions and carbonates on water. The next part focuses on practical verification of the principles for determination of analytes in mineralized waters. The final part compares and evaluates the methods used for this thesis and assesses which method is optimal from the time perspective.
