Návrh na zvýšení návštěvnosti knihovny

Abstract

The aim of my thesis was the design of increasing visit rate for the library. Specifically, the main branch Library of Ostrava. I compiled the characteristics of the organization and the marketing environment. I compiled theoretical bases of marketing nonprofit sector, marketing of services and measuring customer satisfaction. Next, I analyze the current marketing mix of the Central Library and market research. The research was conducted through personal interviews public and current users of the Central Library. Primary data from marketing research, I worked with Microsoft Excel 2007. The research contained of map position, evaluation of hypotheses using SPSS 17 and making SWOT analysis too. Through conducted analysis and marketing research, I formulate proposals and recommendations to increasing visit rate for main branch Library of Ostrava.
