Výzkum progresivních manažerských metod, nástrojů a systémů a jejich uplatnění v podnicích

Abstract

My bachelor's work engages in research of progressive management methods, mechanisms and systems and their application in organizations of the city Olomouc. The theoretical part is devoted to theoretical knowledge gained from specialist literature. I am dealing with an explanation of basic concepts, such as the definition of management, the definition of a manager, managerial environment, management levels and managerial functions. In this chapter is description of individual management methods, mechanisms and systems, which look at the possibilities of their use. In the practical part is a description of methodology of job and a characteristic of selected companies. There is elaborate analysis for the use of management techniques and in the last part of this work is the evaluation with the conclusion.
