Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to measure satisfaction of visitors of Masters of Rock festival and suggest the solution of the found problems. In theoretical part of my thesis I focused on Masters of Rock festival characteristics and marketing research methodics. In the practical part of my thesis I focused on measuring the satisfaction of visitors of Masters of Rock festival. Final part of my thesis contains suggestions and recommendations concerning the improvement of the quality of provided services.
