Analýza jednotlivých segmentů v oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů

Abstract

This thesis contains an analysis of individual segments in the area of a human resources management. Selected segments of a human resources management are described in a theoretical part of this thesis. Analytical part closely defines and characterizes a specific corporation and its market behaviour. A key part contains an analysis of selected corporation’s activities of a human resources management. Employment types, Employees‘ age, sex, job description, benefits and training programs were analyzed in detail. Suggestions in this thesis may be beneficial to improvement of company’s internal functioning.
