Rekonstrukce sportovního areálu obce Hošťálkovice

Abstract

The public sector is an important part of the political economy. It is specified by six sectors, one of this block of sectors is the development of human, which involves education, culture, physical culture, health and social services. Physical culture is considered to be a part of the culture and the whole cultural heritage of the nation. The aim of this thesis is to find appropriate sources of financing the reconstruction of the sports centre in municipality of Hošťálkovie. In the theoretical part of this thesis is the role of state policy in sport mentioned, subjects effecting in physical culture, the organization of sports structures in the Czech Republic, the incomes of physical culture and sport and the financing of this sector. In the practical part I describe planned reconstruction of the sports centre, possibilities of reconstruction financing and I propose a solution of object of reconstruction.
