Abstract

PLIASHKEVICH, Natalia. Evaluation of the system of work of suppliers in the company Mirel Vratimov s. r. o. Ostrava 2024. Bachelor's thesis. University Of Mining-Technical University of Ostrava. Faculty of materials and technology. Objective: optimization of the system of evaluation of suppliers in the Mirel Vratimov a.s. The thesis focuses on the problem of evaluating the capabilities of suppliers to create a comprehensive system. The theoretical part of the study focuses on public procurement as a corporate function, preliminary evaluation of suppliers and methods of weighting criteria. Changes in the preliminary evaluation of selected suppliers are analyzed and a rating system is being developed to evaluate their performance for the past financial year. In conclusion, the results of the evaluation are formulated, and measures are proposed to improve future interaction with suppliers.
