Novostavba provozně obchodního objektu s ubytovací kapacitou

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is the implenation of operational, manufacturing, comercial and technical building with accommodation capacity for staff. Future purpose of the building is a mediation services and production such as: designing electro installations, wiring, electro installations in housing and retail light fitting negotiation. Intention of the investor was to build a work place of firm called Eltym and constitute complete technical rear of this firm for a dealing with investors, comptatint centre, etc. The copany employees will have the default background here also. Building proposal is conceptually designed as a two-storey building with a gabled roof formed by truss supporting structure. The first floor has a space for shop, store, electrical workroom and sanitary facility. The second floor has an office for the manager, engeneers and planners, meeting room. Second floor also has rooms for emloyees and sanitary facility. Part of the thesis is also structural part focused on monolithic reinforced concrete stairs wich is part of this project.
