Analýza materiálového toku ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

The goal of work is to analyse material flow in chosen company. The chosen company is from printing industry and therefore had been chosen material flow which is part of process of printing vouchers including security features. Practical part will content production characteristic and its structuring according to methods of analysing material flow, factors influencing material flow and characters or production programme. Furthermore there is mentioned several definition of abbreviation ERP and describe its strengths. Closely we come in contact with term layout and its necessity in company, its requirements and limits, individual types of layout and general way of layout creation. This part includes also analysing current company state where are mentioned also two methods which help better to visualize material flow. The end of theoretical part is dedicated to key factor of the whole work – wasting – or losses in material flow and indication of tools to determine the value of wasting. Practical part contains diagnostic through interviews with workers, internal reports, IT system. Afterwards there is brief introduction of particular process including two steps what forego the material flow. There was found wastage in waiting times. These losses had been consequently removed on basis of another talks with workers.
