Ekonomické zhodnocení efektivnosti reálné investice ve včelařství

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit efektivnost reálné investice ve čtyřech odlišných scénářích a provést analýzu citlivosti změny vybraného kritéria hodnocení projektu na změnu relativních rizikových faktorů. Předmětem hodnocení je investice do obnovy tradiční lesní včelnice. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je koncipována do dvou částí. V první části je definován pojem investice a investiční rozhodování, fáze investičního procesu, investiční strategie, podnikatelský záměr, zdroje financování investice. Jsou zde také popsány vstupní parametry potřebné pro výpočet jednotlivých metod hodnocení efektivnosti investice. Náplní druhé části jsou popsány samotné metody hodnocení investice a citlivostní analýza. V praktické části jsou vypočteny vybrané dynamické metody hodnotící efektivnost investice (čistá současná hodnota, index ziskovosti, vnitřní výnosové procento) a je provedena citlivostní analýza ukazatele čisté současné hodnoty pro různé scénáře. V závěru této části jsou jednotlivé scénáře vyhodnoceny a porovnány.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of real investment in four different scenarios and to perform sensitivity analysis of changes of selected criteria of evaluation of investment project on change relative risk factors. The object of evaluation is an investment in the renovation of traditional forest apiary. Theoretical part is divided into two parts. In the first part is defined the notion of investment and investment decision-making, phase of the investment process, investment strategy, business plan, sources of financing investment. There are also described input parameters needed to calculate the various methods of evaluation of the effectiveness of investment. In the second part there are described individual methods of evaluation of the investment and sensitivity analysis. In the practical part are calculated selected dynamic methods of evaluation of investment efficiency (Net Present Value, Profitability Index, Internal Rate of Return) and are performed a sensitivity analysis of indicators of Net Present Value for different scenarios. At the end of the bachelor thesis this scenarios are evaluated and compared.
