Návrh SOP pro rychlé nasazení sil a prostředků odřadu WASAR při ohrožení a záchraně osob na vodní hladině

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with a proposition of standard operational procedures for the posibility of deployment of special resources of the WASAR unit (Water Search And Rescue) for emergency situations in the Moravian-Silesian Region during standard calls. The first part reviews the current equipment of the Fire Rescue Service in the Moravian-Silesian Region for work on water (in water areas). The second part is an evaluation of statistics of emergency calls where equipment for working on water has been dispatched in the Moravian-Silesian Region during the last six years. The third part introduces specific proposals for standard operational procedures and the evaluation of its feasability within the Moravian-Silesian Region including the financial aspect.
