Návrh opatření ke zvyšování efektivnosti průběhu skupinového rozhodovacího procesu

Abstract

The thesis is focused on solving the problems of increasing efficiency of the course of a group decision-making process and suggestions of arrangements to increase this efficiency. The model of Vroom and Yetton and the model of professor Šnapka, identifying system elements, structural links and behaviour in the frame of group decision-making process, are used. The Saaty’s method and the method of pairwise comparison are also used to define the importance of structural elements of prof. Šnapka’s model for evaluating the efficiency of the course of group decision-making. Based on questionnaire survey, the shortcomings in efficiency of the analysed group decision-making process are specified. Finally, some options are designed to address these shortcomings with an objective to increase efficiency of the group decision-making process taking into account the most important elements of the model.
