Analýza a zhodnocení vybraných problémů trhu práce v Jihočeském kraji

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of selected problems on the labor market in the South Bohemian region. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze and evaluate selected problems of the labor market in the South Bohemian region and also to propose appropriate recommendations to minimize the problems. First the part is theoretically focused and defines two concepts in more detail, namely unemployment and employment policy. The second part concerns empiricism and methodology. It contains a description of employment policy in the Czech Republic as well as methods by which problems in the labor market are examined. The third part is practical and contains current information on selected problems in the labor market in the South Bohemian region and their development over the last 10-15 years, according to available information and data. The last part includes a general summary of findings and conclusions that result from the thesis.
