Zhodnocení personální strategie podniku

Abstract

This thesis deals with the evaluation of personal strategy of the company which operates in the production and distribution of non-alcoholic beverages. Theoretical and methodological part of this work is to define the basic terms related to personal strategy and its selected elements. In practical part is characterized selected company, estimated the current state of personnel strategy and made analysis through a survey, SWOT analysis and selected indicators related to recruitment and selection of employees. Following results were made proposals and recommendations.
