Abstract

This thesis examines the economic processes and management regarding municipal services of six selected local municipalities in the Moravian-Silesian region. The objective of this thesis is to analyse such economic processes and management in the period between the years 2014 and 2018. Theoretical part of the thesis focuses on explaining the basic terms used concerning the municipalities and its services. Practical part of the thesis focuses on analysis of the economical processes and municipal service management in municipal services of the six selected municipalities. Based on the analysis and obtained information, final part of the thesis proposes suggestions and recommendations about the municipal management for the local municipalities.
