Abstract

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the development of project documentation for the construction of a family house in Ostrava, specifically in the municipal district of Slezská Ostrava, part of Muglinov. The design of the family house is based on an architectural study prepared in the subject Ateliérová tvorba V. From this study, the drawing documentation for building permits, addressed in the subject Ateliérová tvorba Va, was further developed. Technical equipment of buildings was chosen as the specialization of this bachelor's thesis, where the energy label of the building envelope was developed and a heat pump with underfloor heating was designed.

The work contains the text part of the project documentation with a technical report and the drawing part, which is processed in the given scope and supplemented with specialization.
