Abstract

The master's thesis focuses on increasing the efficiency of the production process through inventory management. The thesis first presents the theoretical foundations that place the study within a broader context. Subsequently, the current state of inventory management in the selected company is evaluated and problematic areas are identified. Based on the findings, appropriate inventory management methods are applied and an economic evaluation is carried out. Finally, measures aimed at more efficient inventory management and improvement of the production process are proposed.
