Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the design and preparation of project documentation for a traction switching station, which represents an integral part of the power supply system of electrified railway transport. The aim of the thesis is to introduce the principles of traction power supply, provide an overview of commonly used voltage systems, and describe the technical design of traction switching stations, including the preparation of project documentation in accordance with applicable standards and legislative requirements. The thesis includes both a theoretical summary of the topic and a practical elaboration of a selected traction switching station, including a technical report, drawing documentation, and basic calculations.
