Provozní nasazení zemních strojů na lomech

Abstract

V mé bakalářské práci je zpracovaná problematika provozního nasazení zemních strojů na hnědouhelných lomech. Jejím cílem je pak stanovení optimální údržby lopatových rypadel s ohledem na jejich bezproblémovou funkci. První část práce se zabývá vysvětlením základních operací pracovního procesu na lomech a dále kategorizuje zemní stroje podle určitých druhů zemních prací. Tato část také stručně popisuje jejich konstrukční prvky, způsob jejich práce a výkonnost. V další části práce je probrána problematika údržby zemních strojů, ekonomika údržby a vlivy na provozní spolehlivost strojů. S ohledem na cíl práce je pak stanovena optimální údržba vybraného stroje.

In my bachelor thesis is elaborated the problem of operational stocking of the ground machines use on soft-coal mine. The goal of my bachelor thesis is an assesment the optimal repairs of the shovel excavators with a view on thein troublefree function. The first part contain the explanation the basic operations of the operative procedure on mines and next categorized ground machines accordance with kinds of ground machines. This part also shortly describes their constructional elements and the method of their working and efficiency. In the next part of the bachelor thesis is described the problems of the servicing ground machines, economy o f the servicing and the influence on service dependability the machines. With a view on the goal of the bachelor thesis is determined optimal servicing of the chosen machine.
