Srovnání hospodaření měst Fulnek a Vítkov

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je srovnání hospodaření měst Fulnek a Vítkov. Obě města mají okolo 6 000 obyvatel a jsou si podobna i rozlohou. Cílem této práce je srovnat a zhodnotit vývoj hospodaření měst Fulnek a Vítkov ve sledovaném období 2007 – 2013, popsat fungování obcí v České republice a zhodnotit stav majetku vybraných měst v daném období. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na úvod do problematiky obcí v České republice. Praktická část je složena ze dvou kapitol, první se věnuje popisu měst Fulnek a Vítkov a analýze rozpočtu vybraných měst v letech 2007 – 2013. Druhá kapitola praktické části obsahuje podrobnější analýzu jednotlivých částí rozpočtu a srovnání a zhodnocení hospodaření vybraných měst.

The theme of bachelor thesis is “Comparison of financial management in the Fulnek and Vítkov towns“. Both towns have about 6 000 inhabitants and are also similar of territory. The aim of this bachelor thesis is compare and evaluate the development of management of selected towns in the period 2007 - 2013, describe the functioning of municipalities in the Czech Republic and assess the condition of the properties selected towns in this period. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is focused on the introduction to municipalities in the Czech Republic. The practical part is composed of two parts, the first is devoted to description of the Fulnek and Vítkov towns and analysis of budget selected towns in the years 2007 - 2013. The second chapter of the practical part contains a more detailed analysis of individual parts of the budget and comparison and evaluation of the financial management of selected towns.
