Medializace Moravskoslezského kraje a její dopad na demografický vývoj obyvatelstva v kraji

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to find out whether the media and the media coverage of the Moravian-Silesian region can have impact on the demographic changes in the region. Region has long been plagued by one of the highest emigration rate of all regions of the Czech Republic and the research will attempt to focus on the fact, if informations about unemployment, wages and living conditions can influence the decision of the inhabitants of the region to move away. The work is divided into three parts, theoretical is dealing with the concept of demographics, Moravian-Silesian Region in general and migration. Analytical part is dedicated to analysis of articles and research of their potential effects, third, journalistic, reflects the Moravian-Silesian Region and migration in the form of editorial, reviews, interviews and surveys.
