Analýza a návrh Implementácie metódy SMED

Abstract

Bakalárska práca je zameraná na návrh implementácie metódy SMED v spoločnosti Klauke Slovakia, s. r. o v Dolnom Kubíne na území Slovenskej republiky. Cieľom práce je skrátiť nastavovací čas strojov na pracovisku automatického sekania a krimpu káblov pri výmene výroby. V teoretickej časti práce je rozoberaná teória logistiky, pomocou ktorej je vysvetľovaná podstata štíhlej výroby. Ďalej je práca zameraná na tematiku 5S, jej potrebou v podnikoch a nakoniec vysvetlenie koreňovej podstaty práce – metódy SMED. Praktická časť začína predstavením spoločnosti a analýzou vybraného pracoviska, kde pomocou krokov metódy SMED detailne analyzujeme vykonané činnosti operátora pri výmene výroby. Na záver práce na základe výsledkov analýzy navrhujeme postup pre implementovanie metódy SMED a zlepšenie efektívnosti pracoviska.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the proposal of implementation of the SMED method in Klauke Slovakia, s. r. o in Dolný Kubín situated in Slovakia. The goal is to reduce machine time setting at the automatic chopping work and the cable crimp when replacing the production. The theoretical part of thesis deals with the theory of logistics, which explains the essence of lean manufacturing. Further, the work is focused on the 5S theme, its need in the enterprises and finally the explanation of the root nature of the work – SMED method. The practical part begins with the introduction of the company and the analysis of the selected workplace, where the SMED procedures analyse in detail the executed activities of the operator in the exchange of production. In conclusion, based on the results of the analysis, we propose a procedure for the implementation of the SMED method and improving the efficiency of the workplace.
