Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with characterizing of conditions leading to the insolvency proceeding. The thesis is worked out in the company OKD, a.s. with the aim to analyse and summarize the state before the insolvensy proceeding and in the course of the insolvency proceeding. The work also fosuces on the analysis and the evaluation of the reorganization of OKD, a.s. with a control of legitimacy of the insolvency.
