Získavanie a výber zamestnancov vo vybranom podniku

Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou získavania a výberu nových zamestnancov vo vybranom podniku. Teoretická časť definuje na základe odbornej literatúry, aké kroky je potrebné vykonať pred zahájením tejto činnosti a aké sú možnosti pri získavaní a výbere potenciálnych zamestnancov na voľné pracovné miesto. Jej záver tvorí popis činností nasledujúcich po tomto procese. Časť praktická najprv predstavuje konkrétny podnik a potom sa zameriava na proces získavania a výberu zamestnancov a analyzuje spokojnosť zamestnancov podniku s týmto procesom. Vyústením práce sú návrhy a odporúčania, ktoré by mali vybranému podniku pomôcť tento proces zlepšiť.

Bachelor thesis deals with recruitment and employee selection in selected company. The theoretical part, based on the specialized literature, defines what steps should be taken before starting this activity and what are the options for recruitment and selecting potential employees for the job placement. At the end, it describes the actions following this process. Practical part first presents a specific company and then focuses on the process of recruitment and employee selection and employee satisfaction with this process. In conclusion of the work there are suggestions and recommendations, which should help the selected company, improve the process.
