Abstract

The graduation thesis aids to examine the problems of human resource management in the milieu of the municipalities as part of their management systém, focusing on the importance of human resource management, its role and curent status. In theoretical recurencesare given basic characteristics of human resource management, concepts related to the topic, public administration and international standards – ISO standards. A separate charter wor takes the performance of ICT Benefit, Inc. and individual minicipalities. The practical part target the human resources management from the perspective of practice in public administration. Further work includes suggestions for improvement human resource management system.
