Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with social responsibility at the railway wheelsets manufacturer with an accent on the ethics area. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with basic knowledge about social responsibility and ethics. The practical part deals with the analysis of the current state of the CSR ethical area in BONATRANS GROUP, a. s., also there is own survey with accent on complaints of selected stakeholders of the company and at the end of the thesis there are presented proposals and recommendations for BONATRANS GROUP, a. s.
