Abstract

This Bachelor thesis deals with dislocation of forces and resources for protect population in Olomouc region and it is split into two parts. The theoretical part deal with the protection of population, the history of protection of population, then forces of fire protection and their objectives. In practical part is fixed term necessary count forces of fire protection to provision evacuation and emergency survival during floods, which according risk analysis outcome on Olomouc region like likeliest crisis situation.
