Abstract

The theme of this thesis is manufacturing high strength steel wire shot. Wire shot is intended to shot blasting, shot peening, cleaning and roughening of surfaces product different for subsequent surface finish. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the technological descriptions of manufacturing processes heat treatment and wire drawing. The aim of the practical part of this thesis is the solution to improve the mechanical properties of drawn steel wire, especially the value hardness HV1.
