Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on employment relations. Theoretical part involves an explanation of the basic terms such as employment, contract of employment, its fundamental requirements as well as contract works. Practical part of this thesis is deals with specific beneficiary association and the analysis of employment relations as it comes to a position of personal assistant. For this position both kinds of contracts are used - contract of employment and contract works. The aim of the thesis is to find out which form of employment is the most advantageous for the company regarding the specific demands for the personal assistants and their working hours.
