Bezpečnost železniční osobní přepravy ve Východočeském regionu

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou fyzické bezpečnosti v oblasti železniční osobní přepravy v regionu východních Čech. Teoretická část vymezuje základní právní a normativní rámec ochrany osob a majetku a vybrané analýzy rizik. Dále jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy z oblasti železniční dopravy, její historie a současnost, hlavní dopravci a popsán současný stav fyzické bezpečnosti v oblasti osobní železniční přepravy. Praktická část je zaměřena na provedení analýzy současného stavu bezpečnosti železniční dopravy v oblasti východních Čech a stanovení kritických míst železniční sítě. Na základě analýz jsou vytvořeny návrhy variant fyzické ochrany železniční přepravy osob. Následně je pak vybrána nejvhodnější varianta, jejíž součástí je i ekonomické zhodnocení.

This submitted diploma thesis deals with the analysis of physical safety in the field of railway passenger transport in the region of Eastern Bohemia. The theoretical part defines the basic legal and normative framework of protection of persons and property and selected risk analyses. Furthermore, the basic concepts of railway transport, its history and present, the main carriers and the current state of physical safety in the field of railway passenger transport are explained. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the current state of railway safety in the field of Eastern Bohemia and the identification of the critical points of the railway network. On the basis of the analyses, proposals of options of the physical protection of railway passenger transport are made. Subsequently, the most appropriate option is selected, even the economic evaluation is part of it.
