Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem příčin vzniku vícenákladů u stavebních zakázek, ve vazbě na stavebně technické průzkumy. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, kdy v první, teoretické, obeznamuje se stavebním zákonem a objasňuje stavebně technické průzkumy a projektovou dokumentaci. Praktická část je zaměřena na nejčastější příčiny vzniku vícenákladů u konkrétních případů novostaveb, rekonstrukcí a staveb liniových. Na základě těchto praktických ukázek navrhuje předcházení vzniku vícenákladů.

This master thesis deals with the analysis of the causes of extra costs for construction contracts, in connection with building surveys activities. The thesis consists of two parts, in which the first, theoretical, is familiar with the building law and clarifies the structural engineering surveys and project documentation. The practical part focuses on the most frequent causes of the extra costs for specific cases of new buildings, reconstructions and linear constructions. Based on these practical examples, it proposes to prevent the creation of extra costs.
