Stavebně technologický projekt mateřské školy

Abstract

In my Diploma Thesis, I focus on a building technology project of a kindergarten. I develop project documents of building constraction and technical report. I also develop building technology project for a variant solution of a construction system and material for a low energy standard. I calculate a coefficient of a thermal transmittance in these constractions in a program “TEPLO“ and I compare suggested variant of constraction solution with the original project. The new variant is designed in a system of framed structures with ceramic breeze blocks Porotherm. Those bricks have additional therman insulation. I process a technological way of a phase proces of “foundations“. I make a Gamtt chart and an item budget. The new-building is designed out of structural system “Ytong“.
