Územní studie na ulici „Ludvíkova“ ve městě Ostrava pro účel individuálního a hromadného bydlení

Abstract

The theme of this thesis is design of an usage of free space in moderately settled part of municipality Radvanice. An urban-architectonic design resolving usage of the location including space propositions, transportation solution, power supplies, alterations and renewals of greenery and cost of investments was made on the basis of research and analysis of this location. With regard to current house-building and possibilities offered by the location two lay-outs were compiled – mixxed pattern of single-family houses with attached houses and collective development of flat-buildings. It was necessary to consider limits of the location during designing such as protective zone of contiguous wood and above all an aerial high voltage convection secant the whole lot. Purpose of this thesis is to choose proper design suitable with requirments of the location and Ostrava city ground plan and create modern and comfortable living within quite subtopia.
