The aim of the bachelor thesis is to design three family houses in the area located in the cadastral area Kateřinky in Opava and then elaborate one of these buildings to the level of project documentation for the implementation of buildings. The new building is designed in a passive standard with minimum heat consumption for heating. The work is based on the architectural study made within the framework of Studio Art I. and drawing documentation from the subject Studio Art Va. The bachelor thesis is divided into text and drawing part corresponding to the assignment including specialization.
