Abstract

The Bacheor dissertation work deals with the tactics of the safe penetration into the building of the type of deteached house and residential block of flats through the windows and over the balconies. The first part is dedicated to portable ladders, their division and their safe use. The following part about abseiling. At first in this part, I apply of a description of the tools, which are used for abseiling. Next in this chapter, I’m writing about possible wals of anchorage and in the end to abseiling itself. At the final part, I describe possibilities of penetration into the building through the windows and balconies.
