Analýza výbuchových parametrů metanu za nízkých počátečních teplot

Abstract

The scope of the thesis is the experimental measurement of explosion parameters of methane-air mixture, specifically explosion pressure and rate of explosion pressure rise as a function of concentration at low initial temperatures. The thesis also includes a literature review of previous studies dealing with measurements at low initial temperatures, and a numerical prediction of the explosion pressure, combustion temperature, and combustion product. The experimental part describes the equipment used to measure the explosion parameters and the actual measurement procedure. The thesis concludes with the results of the experimental measurements of blast pressure values and the rate of increase of blast pressure, which are further compared with the values obtained from the numerical prediction.
