Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of a measuring fixture for the analysis of pressure signals and their transmission to the CAN bus. The aim of the work was to create a compact device. The fixture enables the conversion of analog signals from pressure sensors with an output of 0,5–4,5 V into digital data transmitted via CAN communication. The system is based on the Arduino Uno microcontroller, complemented by the ADS1115 module for precise measurement and the MCP2515 module for CAN interface implementation. The design included circuit connection, implementation of the control program in the C language, and functionality testing on real pressure signals. The result is a functional prototype that can be used for fault investigation on a Roll & Brake test bench as well as for general laboratory measurements in the field of automotive technology.
