Posouzení detekovatelnosti komerčních prostředků sebeobrany

Abstract

Subject of this bachelor thesis is description of classic and modern cold weapons that anybody can buy on the internet or brick-and-mortar store (Army shop). These weapons can serve as object of self-defense but also as attack weapon. Next part of this thesis will be dedicated to detection devices used in security. I will also explain how each kind of detector work and describe their pros and cons. Practical part of this thesis will test ability of specific detection device to detect weapon made from synthetic and metallic materials.
