Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with the validation of ecotoxicity of nanomaterials on the basis of selected clay minerals - bentonite, kaolin and silicon oxide as a marker. Extract was prepared according to the edit 294/2005 Sb. concerning the conditions of storage of wastes on landfills and their use on the ground surface, in the final version. The monitored effects on ecotoxicity were particle size and concentration of all substances on the inhibition of marine bacteria Vibrio fischeri. The bentonite was observed statistically significant correlation between inhibition of Vibrio fischeri and the content of all substances. The thesis also provides an overview of some nano materials used for sorption.
