Zpracování finančnej analýzy ve vybranej spoločnosti ako súčasť strategického plánu

Abstract

Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je určiť finančnú situáciu vo vybranom podniku na základe výstupov z finančnej analýzy a predikcia budúceho vývoja podniku využitím bonitných a bankrotných modelov. V práci sú objasnené teoretické východiská finančnej analýzy, finančných ukazovateľov a ratingových modelov. Ďalšia časť tejto práce charakterizuje vybranú spoločnosť, ktorou je Lázeňský hotel Pyramida, a. s. Súčasťou práce je vypracovaná finančná analýza podniku v rokoch 2016-2019. Každá podkapitola je zameraná na konkrétny druh analýzy, ktorej výstupy sú zaznamenaná v tabuľkách a grafoch. Pre prognózu budúceho stavu sú aplikované bankrotné a bonitné modely. Záverečná časť práce obsahuje dosiahnuté výsledky práce a návrhy a opatrenia, ktoré môžu viesť k zlepšeniu zistených nedostatkov.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to estimate financial situation in the chosen company based on the outputs from financial analysis and to set prediction of the future development of the company with using bonit and bankcruptcy models. In the thesis there are explained theoretical resources of the financial analysis, financial indexes and rating models. In the next part of the thesis, there is characteristic of the chosen company, Lázeňský hotel Pyramida, a.s.. A component of this thesis is the financial analysis of the company in 2016-2019. Each subchapter is focused on particular type of analysis, which results are put down in tables and charts. For the forecast of the future state there are applied bankcruptcy and bonit models. The final part of the thesis contains achieved results of the thesis and suggestions and arrangements, which can lead to improvement of the investigated faults.
