Abstract

The submitted bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of occupational medical examinations and the assessment of medical fitness to work of employees of the various professions Home Jistoty, p.o. The work is ideally divided into two dimensionally balanced parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. Within the theoretical part, the issue of health care and health preventive care in the Czech Republic is discussed in the context of information obtained from statistical data with a closer link to the field of occupational medicine and the legislative solution of this issue in the Czech Republic. In the practical part of the work, the author's attention is focused on developing a methodological procedure for performing occupational medical examinations and assessing the fitness for work of the employees of the Home of Jistoty p.o.
